Marimekko returns with iconic designs interpreted by new production techniques for the new collection Wallcoverings Marimekko 07 by Jannelli&Volpi. Its unmistakable mark for more than seventy years expressed in fashion and design, in fact, makes its patterns unique, both historical and newly created, and they constitute, for modernity and innovation, a great source of inspiration for the interior world as well. Designer Katsuji Wakisaka, or Katcha, as he was known in Marimekko, has created many designs that have achieved a special classicism so that his designs are regularly repurposed in different colors and formats. Such is the case with the fascinating Rulla (roll) pattern, beloved by young and old alike: here simplified animal figures are on wheels to travel in everyone's imagination.
